What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?

Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope that will be left in your mail box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Standard Mail.

Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 days.

What are the shipping rates?

The shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping option you choose, country of destination, and the amount of products you order. To find out the shipping cost, add desired products to shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped. This notice will give you an estimate of the number of days within which your order will arrive. In case your delivery is delayed beyond a time or lost you are advised to contact us by email at our support page mentioning your phone number and the order details.

A Customer Support representative will get back to you with the courier’s tracking number for the shipment and the directions for using this number to learn the status of your shipment. If the courier is unable to locate your shipment and give you an expected delivery date, the delivery guarantee for the pharmacy will take into effect. It will immediately investigate the status of the case and contact you or reship the order again with no additional charges, or else refund your total purchase cost.

Refunds will be made by electronic credit charged back to your initial source of payment. We will credit full amount back to your credit card account in case of lost shipment.

What should I do if I still haven’t received my order?

There’s of course a risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system, but the chance of it is very low (below 1%). We are proud to offer you a guaranteed delivery – in the improbable event that your order doesn’t reach you, we will re-ship it or we will give you a refund, provided that you supplied correct delivery details when making an order. This will happen if your order still hasn’t reached you after 30 days since it’s been sent from our side. If there are still any delivery-related questions you want to ask, which are not answered on our site, please feel free to get in touch with us.

What should I do if my order is partially missing?

The most probably cause of you missing some of the ordered pills is that those were shipped to you in a separate package and are to arrive within the next couple of days. If that is not the case, please do let us know so that we could investigate the issue and re-send you the missing medicines if applicable.

What should I do if my order is delayed by customs?

It almost newer happens, because we ship within Europe.

In rare case it happen so that your order is held up at customs, causing you not to receive it, please do let us know so that we could either re-ship it at our expense or refund you the amount paid (if you prefer not to wait).
